Can residents join without an estate invite?+

Estates onboard via admin invites (SMS). Residents not on the initial list can submit a join request with proof of tenancy for admin approval.

Do guards need the same app as residents?+

Guards use a dedicated security experience: pass validation, entry/exit logging, SOS response, and staff checks—separate from the resident interface.

Is billing included?+
