Delete your account
Request deletion of your Home Access account and personal data. We process requests under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
What we delete
- Your profile (name, email, phone, photo)
- Household and unit associations
- Community posts, comments, and messages you created
- Saved preferences and notification settings
What we may keep
- Financial and billing records (up to 5 years, as required by Nigerian law)
- Visitor access logs (up to 12 months, for estate security)
- Anonymised analytics that cannot identify you

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. You may also delete your account from the app under Profile → Settings when that option is available.
